WSDO is an non-governmental organization, which mobilizes the sale of handwoven products in order to create and sustain vocational trainings and employment opportunities for marginalized women in Nepal. The organizational structure of WSDO can be divided into three entities: Board Members, Staff Members and Workers.
In the day-to-day, staff members report to the Executive Director and are responsible for the regular functioning and implementation of programs and activities:
